Driven by a relentless passion for adventure, Ether Forged Ltd. was born to create the ultimate gear for technical adventure enthusiasts. Our journey began in the 80s taught to climb by Harvey T Carter, we began crafting the finest personal climbing gear and caving gear — rope walkers, knee pads, and backpacks—to summit the classic desert sandstone rock towers like Moses and explore virgin cave in the depths of Lechuguilla.

In the 90s, our expeditions to Lechuguilla Cave involved thousands of feet of rope work, with everything handmade to withstand the rigors of underground exploration. When we weren't navigating the unknown voids like the Argonightmare, we were kayaking the Upper Animas, ice climbing in Ouray, and skiing the back county of Silverton or doing big drops to Tapeat’s in the Grand Canyon. Our tribe's adventures took us around the globe, climbing professionally and pushing the limits of what's possible.

After decades of adrenaline-fueled extreme sports, we're channeling our expertise into designing the world's most innovative, technical, and durable gear. Inspired by my friend Tao Franken, the creator of Bomber Gear, we believe in creating art for the new dimensions of sport.

Our focus is on crafting ultra-light, ultra-efficient gear for the most abrasive canyoneering, caving, and climbing challenges.
